Return & Refund Policy

At Footlyn.com, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging where applicable.

Before returning an item, please contact us at opalrise7@gmail.com for return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, or safety reasons, certain opened or used personal-care, beauty, baby, or similar products may not be eligible for return. Final-sale items and gift cards may also be excluded where permitted by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us promptly with your order details and clear photos of the item so we can review the issue.

Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return is due to our error.
